At Anbernic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming experience. If your device is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos if the device is damaged.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address for your region.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging with all included accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 5-7 business days.
